Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

We hereby inform you that AGRO CITROVESA is the holder of our website domain www.citrovesa.com (hereinafter, the “Website”).
Access to and/or use of the Website makes you a User (hereinafter, the “User”) and entails your acceptance of the present Privacy Policy as of the time of said access and/or use.

In order to surf the website it is not necessary for the user to reveal their personal data.

The User guarantees the veracity of the personal data provided and undertakes to communicate to AGRO CITROVESA any changes in said data. What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
The legitimacy on the part of AGRO CITROVESA to carry out the treatment of the data of the users finds in the consent of the interested party, requested for the concrete case.
On the other hand, the processing for the provision of services, payment and invoicing is legitimised by the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party.
How long will we keep your data?

Without prejudice to any other administrative and/or judicial actions which may be at their disposal, Users shall be entitled to file a claim before the Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State where they have their usual residence or their workplace or in the place where any alleged infringement may have taken place, if they consider that their personal data has not been processed in accordance with applicable regulations and/or if they believe they have been prevented from exercising any of their rights.
The Supervisory Authority receiving the claim shall inform the claimant of the status and outcome thereof.

The User hereby declares that he/she has been informed of the terms and conditions applicable to the protection of personal data, and accepts and consents to the automated processing of said data by AGRO CITROVESA as and for the purposes stated herein.
